In this position, you will actively contribute to the strategic and technological development of the EBNER Group. You will analyze markets, competitors, and technological developments, identify relevant future topics, and derive opportunities and potential for future products, solutions, and business areas. In addition, you will support management in strategic decision-making processes and selected projects, contributing to the technological and strategic positioning of the EBNER Group.

Market and Trend Analysis: Monitoring markets, megatrends, and technological developments, as well as identifying relevant future topics
Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors, products, technologies, and business models, and deriving opportunities and potential

Strategic Business Development: Supporting the technological and strategic positioning of the EBNER Group
Collaboration with Management: Preparing analyses and strategic decision-making materials, as well as supporting selected strategic projects
PROFIL
Completed technical degree, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration or a related field combined with very good technical knowledge and a strong interest in technical and strategic topics
Initial professional experience in a similar position
Strong interest in technology, markets, competition, and strategic business development
Strong analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to identify complex interrelationships and derive recommendations for action
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
Very good command of German and English

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross annual salary stipulated by the applicable collective agreement (Metal Technology Industry) is €35,963.20 based on full-time employment.
